The proximity to a metro station. The hotel's condition left much to be desired. The furniture appeared worn and there were cleanliness issues in the rooms, especially with dust on surfaces. While breakfast was decent, it lacked variety and was not replenished promptly, disappointing.

The breakfast was great with french toast, paying attention to little details. The hotel's location was particularly good, short walk to the centeal boulevard. In Fishbones you could have African meals.

Big room with comfortable beds and working air conditioning. Breakfast was decent and varied. Close to the metro and trams. The staff at reception were very kind and helpful. Parking was available for a low cost.

Walking distance to/from train station with public transportation outside the front door. Walkable to the Center of town and sites, although maybe a distance for some people.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room had big bed and it was quiet. Ask for room with view of inside courtyard not to be disturbed by cars
The location is close to the Keleti trainstation so the people hanging around the area are mostrly crunk .

Good location nearby the center of the city and the railwal station. Quet and tidy rooms, friendly personnel.
Despite the hotel is located not far from the city center, the overall environment didn't look friendly - homeless people in the streets, dirty, litterly surrounding streets.

The staff was ok. I had a warm reception and the receptionist was fluent in English. The room was clean and had all the necessary things. The hotel is close to Keleti Railway Station and the location within Budapest is ok.
The exact area of the hotel isn't quite beautiful, but the people are not violent or something like that.

Reasonably good breakfast of comparable quality with other three-star hotels in Budapest, which I know from my previous stays in this city. Helpful staff with good English. The hotel is close to two Metro stations (Kelety and Blaha Loujsa Ter) and trams 4 and 6. Easy transport communication with major sight-seeing places.

proximity to public transit, clean and spacious rooms for groups, functional basic amenities
The surrounding area feels unsafe with visible signs of homelessness!!! Noise from trams greatly disrupts sleep quality, especially with rooms facing the street!!! Room conditions are dated and in need of better maintenance!!!

Breakfast was very good and with a large variety of choices
The room was very small and it smelled a little bit. Towels and bed covers were a bit worn out.
